The structure

TECHNACOL is an equipped associative structure. It also makes use of the Research Laboratories belonging to the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs ( National Engineering School) in Tarbes, in the South of France. Six people are employed and work in collaboration with the Engineering school professors.

Technical methods

Design : E ngineering office equipped with most industrial software.

Measurement of surface characteristics : Goniometer, Atomic force microscope, 3D roughness meter.

Adhesive characterisation : Rheometer, D.S.C/ TMA, Infrared.

Bonding characterisation : Mechanical analysers with thermical enceinte (tensile load, compression, flexion, fatigue…), Ultrasonic inspection..

Ageing : Hydrothermal, Salt spray, UV irradiation.

Processing material : Air powered dispense system, micrometric applicator, Hot melt applicators, programmable vacuum oven, UV cure system, Microwave, Heated press.

Surface treatements: Sand blast machine, Polishing machine, Corona effect, flame treatment, Supersonic chamber, Chemical and electro-chemical treatments.
